ANGLO AMERICAN COAL SOUTH AFRICA: KHWEZELA BOKGONI COLLIERY – NOTICE OF WATER USE LICENCE APPLICATION, IN TERMS OF THE NATIONAL WATER ACT, ACT 36 OF 1998

This letter gives notice to potential Interested and Affected Parties (“I&APs”) about where information can be obtained in respect of the Water Use Licence Application (“WULA”) for Khwezela Bokgoni Colliery, as well as the opportunity I&APs have to comment on the WULA technical report.

Availability of the draft WULA technical report

The draft WULA technical report will be made available to the public for review for a period of 60 days from 27 August 2021 to 26 October 2021 on the Shangoni’s website (www.shangoni.co.za). E-mail or fax your comments to Shangoni (details provided below) by no later than 26 October 2021.
