ANGLO AMERICAN COAL SOUTH AFRICA: KHWEZELA NORTH COLLIERY – KROMDRAAI SECTION – NOTICE OF THE APPLICATION FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT LICENCE

Notice to potential Interested and Affected Parties (“I&APs”) in respect of the application for Waste Management Licence (“WML”), as well as the opportunity I&APs have to comment on the draft Basic Assessment Report (“BAR”).

Availability of the draft BAR document

The draft BAR will be made available to the public for review for a period of 30 days from 03 September 2021 to 04 October 2021 at the Kromdraai Section and on the Shangoni’s website (www.shangoni.co.za).
