This gives notice to potential Interested and Affected Parties (“I&APs”) about where information can be obtained in respect of the application for Water Use Licence, as well as the opportunity I&APs have to comment on the Water Use Licence Application Technical Report.

Availability of the Water Use Licence Application Technical Report

The Water Use Licence Application Technical Report will be made available to the public for review for a period of 60 days from 30 June 2022 to 30 August 2022 at the following viewing station: On the Shangoni’s website (www.shangoni.co.za). E-mail or fax your comments to Shangoni (details provided below) by no later than 30 August 2022.
