The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 21(1) of the NVFFA published proposed amendments to the Fire Protection Association Regulations, GNR 953 of 4 July 2003 for public comments.
The proposed amendments related to the following:
- Regulation 3 relating to the formation of a fire protection association
- Regulation 6 relating to the registration of a fire protection association
