The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries has published consultation on intention to repeal the Regulations relating to the Inspection of Premises in Dust Control Areas, made in terms of section 33(1)(b) and the Dust Control areas made in terms of section 27(1) of the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act as contained in the Schedule of the Notice.
