Schedule 2 of NEMPA was recently amended to indicate all areas declared as national parks declared under this Act.

It is important for your operation to ensure that, if you plan to conduct any activities in these areas, you adhere to the regulations related to the management thereof and that you do not conduct any activity that has been prohibited in this area, or an activity without the required permits or authorisations.
