The Minister of Transport published this notice on the proposed fees that the Railway Safety Regulator must charge for safety permits as indicated in the schedule to the notice.
The notice sets out the new fee structure for applications for General Safety and Other Permits. The public is invited to submit written comments within 30 days of publication of the notice. Such written comments must be directed to the Director General Transport.
