The Minister of Employment and Labour (“the Minister”) in terms of section 54(1)(b) of the EEA, and on the advice of the Commission for Employment Equity (“CEE”) repealed the Amended Code of Good Practice on the Handling of Sexual Harassment Cases in the Workplace, GNR 1357 of 4 August 2005 and replaced it with the Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment in the Workplace.
