In this notice a Member of the Executive Council for Economic Development Environment and Tourism, declared by virtue of section 23(1) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003 (NEMPA) the properties listed in the schedules attached to the notice as nature reserves.

It is important for your operation to ensure that, if you plan to conduct any activities in these areas, you adhere to the regulations related to the management thereof and that you do not conduct any activity that has been prohibited in this area, or an activity without the required permits or authorisations.
