The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 42(2A) of the NEMA published the delegation of his powers and duties in terms of section 73(3) and (4) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 10 of 2004 (“NEMBA”) to the Minister responsible for Water and Sanitation. The delegation relates to the duty of care relating to listed invasive species.
