The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 62(1) of the NEMBA, published the non-detriment findings made by the Scientific Authority for the species listed in terms of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (“CITES”).
