The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 69(1)(w) and (ee), of the NEMWA, made the Regulations relating to the procedure to be followed by persons called upon to apply for a waste management licence.
The Regulations contain the procedure that must be followed by persons who have been called upon
in terms of sections 80(4), 81(2) and 82 of the NEMWA to apply for a waste management licence.
