NURSING ACT 33 OF 2005: REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE DISTINGUISHING DEVICES FOR NURSES AND MIDWIVES

Notice Title: Nursing Act 33 of 2005 (“NA”): Regulations relating to the distinguishing devices for Nurses and Midwives

Commencing date: Comments to be submitted by 2 May 2023

The Minister of Health (“the Minister”), in terms of section 58(1)(h) of the NA, intends to make the Regulations relating to the Distinguishing Devices for Nurses and Midwifes.

These Regulations will repeal the Regulations relating to the Distinguishing Devices for Nurses and Midwifes, GNR 1201 of 31 July 1970.
