The Minister of Employment and Labour published a correction notice in respect of the National Code of Practice for the Training Providers of Lifting Machine Operators into Driven Machinery Regulations 2015 published under GNR 5588 on 29 November 2024 that was published under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993.
The corrections relate to the following:
- The duties of the accredited training providers;
- The duties of the licensing body; and
- Certification.
