This notice proposes the establishment of the Mzimvubu-Tsitsikamma Catchment Management Agency, situated in the Mzimvubu to Tsitsikamma water management area in the Eastern Cape and includes portions of KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and the Northern Cape.
