WATER SERVICES ACT, 1997: REVISED COMPULSORY NATIONAL WATER AND SANITATION SERVICES STANDARDS IN TERMS OF SECTION 9(1) OF THE ACT

The Minister of Water and Sanitation, in terms of section 9(1) of the WSA, published the revised Regulations relating to the Compulsory National Water and Sanitation Services Standards, 2024.
The Regulations relating to compulsory national standards and measures to conserve water published in GNR 509 of 8 June 2001 are hereby repealed.
