The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries has published consultation on intention to repeal the Regulations regarding Fuel Burning Appliances in Dwelling Houses (GN R1083 in GG 9242 of 30 May 1984, as amended), made in terms of section 44(1)(dA) of the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, 1965 (Act No. 45 of 1965).
