Notice Title: Hazardous Substances Act 15 of 1973 (“HSA”): Group I, Category A, Category B and Group II Hazardous Substances: Declaration

Government Notice: GN 6093 in GG 52449 on 4 April 2025

Commencing date: 4 April 2025

The Minister of Health in terms of section 2(1)(a) of the HSA, made the following declarations:

• that certain substances and mixtures containing such substances to be Group l, Category A Hazardous Substances
• that certain substances, and mixtures containing such substances, products or materials to be Group I, Category B hazardous substances
• that certain substances and mixtures containing such substances to be Group lI Hazardous Substances
