The Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources, under sections 98(1)(g) and (h) of the MHSA, amended Chapter 8 of the Mine Health and Safety Regulations, GNR 93 of 15 January 1997 by the addition of regulation 8.13 relating to shafts and winders.
As a consequence of the amendments, Chapter 16 of Minerals Act Regulations, GNR 992 of 26 June 1970, has been repealed.
