The Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources has, under section 98(1)(r) of the MHSA, amended Chapter 22 of the Regulations to the MHSA, GNR 93 of 15 January 1997 (“GNR 93”). The amendments relate to the occupational exposure limits for airborne pollutants under regulation 22.9(2)(a) of GNR 93.
The amended regulations will come into operation 90 days from the date of publication in the Government Gazette (i.e. 26 June 2025).
