The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy (‘the Minister”) intends to amend regulations 28.10 and 28.12 of GNR 992 to the Minerals Act, 50 of 1991, which regulations are still applicable in terms of Schedule 4 to the MHSA. Proposed amends relate to examination fees for the respective certificates of competence.
