The Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources has, under section 98(1)(g) and (h) of the MHSA, amended Chapter 8 of the Regulations to the MHSA published in GNR 93 of 15 January 1997. The amendments relate to shafts and winders.
Chapter 16 of the Mines and Works Regulations, GNR 992 of 26 June 1970 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
