The Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources has, under section 98(1)(zP) of the MHSA, amended Chapter 16 of the Regulations to the MHSA, GNR 93 of 15 January 1997 (“GNR 93”). The amendments relate to the rescue, first aid and emergency preparedness and response.
