The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy (‘the Minister”) under section 98(1)(x) of the MHSA amended Chapter 21 reporting forms in terms of regulation 9.2(7) of the Mine Health and Safety Regulations, GNR 93.
The amended forms relate to:
- Reporting on airborne pollutants
- Heat stress
- Cold stress
- Personal noise exposure, and
- Operational Report Form 21.9(2)(f).
