The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy (“the Minister”) published proposed amendments to regulations 75 and 76 of the Regulations for Petroleum Exploration and Production published under GNR 527 of 23 April 2004, as amended (“the Regulations”).
The proposed amendments relate to application fees for permission, permits, rights and appeals in respect of petroleum applications.
