The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy (“the Minister”) published proposed amendments to regulation 2(1) of the Regulations for Petroleum Exploration and Production published under GNR 527 of 23 April 2004, as amended (“the Regulations”).
The proposed amendments relate to the manner of lodging applications and plans.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments and inputs on or before 12 April 2022.
