The Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition under section 17(k) of the NBRBSA intends to the National Building Regulations Part A: General requirements to introduce technologically neutral requirements for the energy usage in buildings, specifically relating to sub-regulation XA2 and XA3 for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings which relate amongst other hot water systems.
