The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy (“the Minister”) in terms of section 19(1)(b) of the NEA amended the Regulations for the Mandatory Display and Submission of Energy Performance Certificates for Buildings, GNR 700 of 8 December 2000, (“the Regulations”) by suspending the commencement date of regulation 3 of the Regulations from 7 December 2022 to 7 December 2025.
