The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 44(1)(aA) of the NEMA, amended the Regulations to Phase-out the Use, Production, Distribution, Sale, Import and Export of Persistent Organic Pollutants, 2019, published under GNR 1150 on 10 September 2019.
