The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of in terms of section 25(3) of the NEMA, amended the Regulations to Prohibit the Production, Distribution, Import, Export, Sale and Use of Persistent Organic Pollutants, 2021, published under GNR 414 on 12 May 2021.
The amendment relates to the substitution of the definition of the word “listed substance”.
