The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (“the Minister”), under sections 99 and 100 of the NEMBA, intents to submit to the Secretariat of the Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (“CITES”), a notice for the inclusion or listing of seventeen succulent plant species and one succulent plant genus in Appendix III of CITES.
