The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of sections 69(1)(b), (e) and (ee) of the NEMWA, amend the Waste Tyre Regulations, GNR 1064 of 29 September 2017.
Amendments include amongst other:
- Inclusion and deletion of definitions
- Prohibitions
- Duty to mutilate
- Registration
- Legacy stockpiles
- Waste tyre storage areas
- Waste tyre storage plans
- a waste tyre management plan, etc.
