The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 69(1)(t), (y)(aa) and (ee), read with sections 72 and 73 of the NEMWA, intends to amend the National Waste Information Regulations, 2012, published under GNR 625 of 13 August 2012.

- Changes to registration certificates
- Reporting or submission of information
- Record keeping
- General matters
