The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of section 7(1)(c) of the NEMWA, amended the National Norms and Standards for the Assessment of Waste for Landfill Disposal, 2013, published under GNR 635 on 23 August 2013.
The amendments relate to:
- The approach; and
- Determining waste types for landfill disposal
