Commencing date: Comments to be submitted by 26 June 2023
The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (“the Minister”), extended, by an additional 60 days, the commenting period on the proposed amendments to the following regulations:
- Waste Classification and Management Regulations, 2013,
- National Norms and Standards for the Assessment of Waste for Landfill Disposal, 2013, and
- National Norms and Standards for Disposal of Waste to Landfill, 2013.
