Commencing date: Comments to be submitted by 24 April 2023
The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (“the Minister”), in terms of section 7(1)(c), read together with sections 72 and 73 of the NEMWA intends to amend the National Norms and Standards for the Assessment of Waste for Landfill Disposal, GNR 635 of 23 August 2013 and published the proposed amendments for public comment.
The proposed amendments relate to amongst other the following:
- Standard assessment methodology, specifically the approach
