The Minister of Health in terms of section 90(1)(a),(k), (j) and (w); section 68(1)(b) of the NHA and section 3(2) of the International Health Regulations Act 28 of 1974 further extends the comment period for the following notices published under GG 46048 of 15 March 2022 to 4 August 2022:
