The Minister of Health repealed regulations 16A – 16C of the Regulations Relating to the Surveillance and the Control of Notifiable Medical Conditions that were published in terms of section 90(1)(j), (k) and (w) of the NHA on 4 May 2022.
The repealed regulations affect the following:
- Wearing of face masks in indoor public places and public transports
- Attendance at gatherings
- Requirements relating to persons entering the country
