The Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Railway Safety Regulator (“RSR”), in terms of the NRSRA published the Draft Safety Management Systems Determination for public comments.
Once published for compliance, all Railway Operators would be required to comply by implementing the requirements which are specified in the Draft Safety Management Systems Determination, which aim to contribute to improved Safe Railway Operation.
