The Minister of Transport (‘the Minister”) has in terms of section 29 of the NRSRA made the Railway Safety Standards Development Regulations, 2022 (“RSSDR”).
The Railway Safety Standards Development Regulations, 2006, as published in GNR 718 of 17 August 2007 are hereby repealed.
