The Acting Director-General of the Department of Water and Sanitation (“the acting Director-General) on reasonable grounds believes that water shortage no longer exists in uMhlathuze Water Supply System in KwaZulu Natal Province.
The Acting Director-General, under delegated authority, gave notice of the uplifting of the water restrictions on the uMhlathuze Water Supply System as was published in Government Notice No. 42636, by withdrawing such restrictions.

How to ensure compliance at my operations?
The Notice overrides any other previous authorisation on water restrictions issued by the Department of Water and Sanitation relating to the uMhlathuze Water Supply System.
