The Minister of Employment and Labour, in terms of section 43 of the OHSA made amendments to the Regulations for Hazardous Biological Agents, GNR 1887 published on 16 March 2022.
Amendments include amongst other:
- Inclusion of definition for “vulnerable employee”
- Some corrections in respect of cross-referencing under regulation 4 relating to information, instruction and training.
- Updates to Annexure A: Table 4
