OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 85 OF 1993: DRAFT REGULATIONS FOR HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL AGENTS

The Minister of Employment and Labour in terms of section 43 of the OHSA published the draft Regulations for Hazardous Chemical Agents for public comment.
Once the Draft Regulations comes into operations, it will repeal the Regulations for Hazardous Chemical Agents, GNR 280 of 29 April 2021, and Occupational Exposure for Silica in Table 1 of the Hazardous Chemical Agents Regulation, GNR 66 of 5 February 2010, as amended, 18 months after the date of promulgation.
