The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries has published consultation on intention to repeal the Smoke Control Regulations made in terms of section 18(5) Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, 1965 (Act No. 45 of 1965) (“APPA”) and the Smoke Control Zone Orders made in terms of section 20 of the APPA as set out in the schedule of the Notice.
