The acting Director General of the Department Water and Sanitation has authorised the continued application of the General Authorisation relating to sub-sections 21(e), 21 (f), 21 (h), 21 (g) and 21(j) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998, as published under GN 665 of GG 36820 of 6 September 2013, until the new General Authorisation for waste related activities is gazetted.
