The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment under section 23(1) read with section 24 of the NEMAQA, amended the Notice declaring temporary asphalt plants as a controlled emitter as published in GNR 201 of 28 March 2014.
Amendments relate amongst other to:
- The insertion and substitution of definitions;
- Responsibilities of an air quality officer, and
- Reporting requirements under the National Atmospheric Emission Inventory System.
