The Minister of Water and Sanitation (“the Minister”), in terms of section 69(1) of the NWA, published the regulations regarding the procedural requirements for water use licence applications and amendments for public comments.
These proposed regulations will repeal the Regulations published under GNR 267 of 24 March 2017 once it commences.
