–       Protecting Aquatic Ecosystems and Maintaining Restoring Ecological Infrastructure

–       Collecting Data and Analysing and Managing Information for Effective Monitoring,

–       Evaluation and Reporting

–       Building Capacity for Action

–       Ensuring Financial Stability

–       Enhancing and Enabling Deployment of Research, Development, and Innovation
