WATER SERVICES ACT 108 OF 1997: PROPOSED COMPULSORY NATIONAL WATER AND SANITATION SERVICES NORMS AND STANDARDS

The Minister of Water and Sanitation, under section 9(1) of the WSA, published the regulations relating to Compulsory National Water and Sanitation Services Norms and Standards, 2022 (“the Regulations”) for public comment.
Once the Regulations commence, the Regulations relating to compulsory national standards and measures to conserve water GNR 509 of 8 June 2001 will be repealed.
